Who is PDX IT Services?

PDX Information Technology Services is a locally owned IT partner for small and mid-size businesses in the Portland metro, Lake Oswego, and across the Pacific Northwest. We handle managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, backups and disaster recovery, VoIP, and help desk support so your team can get back to the business.

Where are you located, and who do you serve?

Our office is at 4800 Meadows Road #395, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. We support businesses throughout Portland, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Vancouver, and the wider PNW. Most issues are resolved remotely. When something needs hands on site, we come to you. Remote support is also available nationwide.

Do you offer on-demand or break-fix support?

No. We do not do on-demand, hourly, or break-fix work. We only offer managed services. If you need a partner who is already watching the network, patching, and answering the help desk, that is what we do.

Do you only work remotely?

No. We are remote first because most issues are solved faster that way, but on-site support is included locally with our managed services plans.

What do you do for cybersecurity?

Endpoint detection and response (EDR), multi-factor authentication (MFA), advanced phishing protection, security awareness training, vulnerability scanning, and security controls aligned with HIPAA and PCI requirements.

Can you help with HIPAA, PCI, or GDPR compliance?

Yes. We run a gap analysis, implement and document the required controls, train your staff, and produce the evidence you need for audits.

What about backups and disaster recovery?

We provide managed backups with defined RPO and RTO targets, plus regularly tested restores so you know your data actually comes back.

Do you support VoIP phone systems?

Yes. We provide and support business VoIP phone systems.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm Pacific. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Managed clients get 24/7 monitoring.

What kind of guarantee and contracts do you offer?

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee, monthly managed plans, and no hidden project fees.

How do we get started?

We bring the coffee and donuts. Book a time at https://calendly.com/steve-pdxittech, email sales@pdxittech.com, or call 971-331-4871.

Can you help with cyber insurance requirements?
