Your phone consultant
Switching or planning ahead? We’ll guide you every step.
Think of us as your phone system consultant. We plan, guide and coordinate the parts of business phones that trip companies up, so you’re never figuring it out alone.
Keep your phone numbers
Moving to a new system? We guide you through number porting: we gather what’s needed, coordinate with your current and new providers, and plan the cutover around your business hours, so your customers keep calling the numbers they already know.
A backup plan for your calls
What happens to your phones if the office internet goes down? We help you plan backup and failover options, such as forwarding calls to mobile phones or another location, so you have a plan in place before you need it.
Your phones, supported
Support for today. Advice for what’s next.
Happy with your current phones? We’ll keep them running. Ready for an upgrade? VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) runs your business calls over your internet connection instead of traditional phone lines. It removes the need for an on-site PBX and makes it easier to add users and work from anywhere.
We support your existing VoIP system
Keep the phone system you have. We support it as-is, work with your current phone provider on issues and changes, and make sure the network it runs on is ready for clear calls.
We implement new VoIP systems
Ready for something new? We recommend a system that fits how your business works, then plan and carry out the rollout with you. If you only want advice on upgrades, we can do that too.
We handle the configuration
We set up and change the details for you, so your staff doesn’t have to learn a phone admin portal.

- Auto attendants and menus

FAQ
Business VoIP questions
Is phone support included in my plan?
Yes. Phone system support is included in every Gold and Platinum plan. Phone hardware, your phone or carrier line service, and any new phone system you choose are separate.
Do we have to replace our current phone system?
No. We support your current business phone system as-is. VoIP phone support and vendor coordination are part of our managed IT services. We look after the network your phones run on and work with your phone provider for you, so you have one local team to call.
Do you set up new VoIP phone systems?
Yes. We implement new VoIP systems for businesses across the Portland metro, from planning and number porting coordination to configuring call flows, auto attendants, extensions, voicemail-to-email and the mobile and desktop apps.
Is VoIP an add-on to my plan?
No. VoIP support, implementation and configuration are included in our Gold and Platinum plans. They’re not an add-on. Phone hardware and your phone or carrier line service are separate.
Can you recommend a better phone system?
Yes. If you want something better, different or with more features, we’ll recommend the right phone system for your business.
Will VoIP work well on our current internet and network?
Voice traffic is sensitive to latency and jitter, so call quality depends on the network underneath it. If you move to VoIP, we review your internet connection and network before the switch and tune them for voice.
Can we keep our existing business phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. As your consultant, we guide you through number porting: we gather the details your providers need, coordinate the request, and plan the cutover timing with you. The final porting timeline is set by the phone carriers.
What happens if our internet goes down?
We help you plan for it ahead of time. Depending on your phone system, backup options can include forwarding calls to mobile phones or another location. We help you choose and set up a plan that fits your business.
Is there a long-term contract?
Our managed services agreements include a 90-day opt-out: cancel in the first 90 days, no penalties.
Do you charge a trip fee for on-site help?
No trip fee within Portland Metro and Southwest Washington.
Keep your phones, or upgrade them. Either way, we’ve got you.
