Your work life and personal life are not separate. Everyone checks their work email on their phone. Everyone looks at Facebook at work or check their personal email at work. WE all do it. Hackers only need one username and password to gain access to your systems. However, since we all use the same or similar passwords for multiple website, servers, workstations, etc… A criminal can gain access to your systems.
This TED Talk conducted by Kieren Lovell, Cambridge University, explains in human aspect in cyber security. It is a bit long, but well worth the watch.
