How fast can your computer get Infected?

I performed a test on an old laptop with a fresh build of Windows 7. No Anti-Virus – No Firewall – No Patches… I took this poor innocent laptop and plugged it directly into the internet, bypassing my firewall.
32 Seconds! I was a little amazed, surprised and frightened.
After 32 seconds, the CPU went to 100%, popups started popping all over the place and the system became totally unusable. I attempted to open task manager and it took over 5 minutes to open. Poor Poor Laptop…
BUT… Apparently, that is not record. According to BullGuard, a PC can become infected in 18 seconds. Almost half of my time.
