Think of it like this: you buy a set amount of IT support time upfront at a reduced rate compared to our standard hourly charges. This gives you more predictable costs for those times you need our help.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • No More Hourly Billing: We’re moving away from charging you for every minute we work.
  • Pre-Purchase Time Blocks: You can choose from different block sizes (5, 10, or 15 hours) depending on your estimated needs.
  • On-Demand Support: This is still the same reliable support you’re used to when you need it. Just reach out, and we’ll use time from your purchased block.
  • Reduced Rate: The price per hour within a block is lower than our standard hourly rate, saving you money.
  • Blocks Expire: Each purchased time block will expire 30 days after purchase, so it’s best to estimate your needs accordingly.

Here are the block options available:

  • 5-Hour Block: $500
  • 10-Hour Block: $950
  • 15-Hour Block: $1250
