Gold Managed Services – Starting at $125 per computer, per month

This plan includes:

  • 24/7 Monitoring: We keep an eye on your systems around the clock, so we can catch and fix problems before they cause trouble.
  • Weekly Tune-ups: We regularly update your systems with the latest software and security patches to keep them running well and protected.
  • Daily Clean-up: We perform daily maintenance to keep your systems running efficiently and prevent slowdowns.
  • Top-Notch Security: We provide and manage the best tools to protect your systems from viruses, malware, ransomware, and other online threats.
  • Unlimited Remote Support: You get unlimited help from our team, who can connect to your computer remotely to solve problems quickly.
  • Unlimited On-Site Support: We offer unlimited on-site support to address your needs directly at your business location. Please note that while this service is provided at no additional cost within our local Portland service area, a service fee may apply for locations outside of this region.

Platinum Managed Services – Starting at $225 per computer, per month

This plan includes everything in the Basic plan, plus extra security and protection:

  • All Basic Services: Includes all the features of the Basic plan (24/7 Monitoring, Weekly Tune-ups, Daily Clean-up, Top-Notch Security, Unlimited Remote Support, and Unlimited On-Site Support).
  • Enhanced Cybersecurity: This adds an extra layer of protection with:
    • 24/7 Security Watch (SOC): A dedicated team constantly monitors your systems for any security threats.
    • Advanced Threat Protection (MDR): We use cutting-edge technology to stop even the most sophisticated cyberattacks.
    • Protection for your Cloud Data: We back up and protect your important information stored in services like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
    • Cloud Data Alerts: We notify you of any unusual activity related to your cloud data.
    • Spam and Phishing Protection: We filter out unwanted and dangerous emails to keep your inbox clean and safe.
    • Employee Security Training: We provide training to help your team recognize and avoid online scams and threats.
    • Dark Web Monitoring: We scan the dark web for any signs that your company’s information has been compromised.

Optional Add-ons:

  • Physical System Backup: We can back up all the data on your physical computer for $25 per terabyte (TB) of storage. That’s over 250 movies worth of storage.
  • Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace: You will pay for your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscriptions directly to Microsoft or Google. We can help you set it up and manage it as part of our service.
  • Vulnerability Scanning: We will perform monthly or quarterly vulnerability scanning to ensure compliance with government regulations for a low price of $250 per scan.
