What the Free IT Health Check Covers
We work through the same checklist for every business, so nothing important is skipped:
- Antivirus and malware protection. Whether every computer is protected, whether the protection is current and whether anything is switched off or out of date.
- System updates and patching. Whether Windows, macOS and key applications are receiving security updates, and which devices have fallen behind.
- Backups. What is backed up, where the copies live and whether a restore would actually work when you need one.
- Network. Your router, firewall, Wi-Fi and the equipment connecting your office, reviewed for age, setup and reliability.
- Cybersecurity. Passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA), email protection and who has access to what.

If You Want Help Acting on the Plan
The health check is a standalone review. If you would like ongoing help, we provide managed IT services only, with no hourly or break-fix work: Managed IT Gold is from $100 per user per month and Managed IT Platinum is from $180 per user per month.
